We love the sight of a pretty Christmas tree, all decked out with lights, ornaments and other touches. So we thought it would be fun to see a lot of them by creating a photo gallery online, then let readers vote on the best of the bunch.
There’s a prize for the winner, a large basket filled with gourmet goodies valued at $50 and four vehicle passes to the Holiday Festival of Lights at the James Island County Park.
Here are the contest details:
Submit a photo of you or a family member WITH your indoor Christmas tree below. Submissions will be accepted through midnight Dec. 16. Online voting for the best-looking tree will take place Dec. 17-19. The winning photo will be published online the next day, and in print on Dec. 22 in the Home & Real Estate section.
How does it work?
Enter your Jack-O-Lantern photo until midnight on Oct. 26.
Voting begins Oct. 27 and ends at midnight on Oct. 31.
Winner is the photo with the most votes.
Winner announced Nov. 1.
Can I still play if the contest has already started?
Yes. As long as it is still within the voting period.
